Privacy at a glance

ZaxBrowser separates tab sessions, does not sell personal data, and keeps protected website credentials out of AI provider context.

This Privacy Policy explains how ZaxBrowser collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data when you use zaxbrowser.cloud, the ZaxBrowser Windows application, ZaxBrowser Control, customer support, the prepaid USDT wallet, ISP proxy services, ZaxBrowser AI, and related services (together, the “Service”). It also explains the difference between information kept on your device, information sent to ZaxBrowser, and information received by websites you visit.

1. Who is responsible for your data

ZaxBrowser is the controller of personal data used to operate customer accounts, subscriptions, support, wallet records, managed proxy purchases, product security, and the administration platform. A website you visit in a browser tab is an independent third party and controls the information it receives from you. Contact ZaxBrowser about privacy at support@zaxbrowser.cloud.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: email address, password authentication records, profile image if you add one, account status, sign-in sessions, password-reset activity, and support communications.
  • Subscription and entitlement information: Free or Pro status, activation and expiry dates, tab limits, AI allowances, purchased AI credits, included-proxy eligibility, and feature permissions.
  • Wallet and transaction information: prepaid USDT balance, deposit amount, network, receiving address, transaction reference, uploaded receipt, approval or decline result, proxy and AI purchases, adjustments, and ledger history. ZaxBrowser does not request wallet private keys or seed phrases.
  • Managed browser activity: disclosed event types such as sign-in, tab creation, navigation, proxy assignment, location change, or AI action, plus a destination hostname where required for administration and abuse prevention. ZaxBrowser Control is designed not to receive page text, complete browsing URLs, form contents, passwords, proxy credentials, private keys, payment receipt contents in activity logs, or AI prompt text in activity logs.
  • Support and diagnostics: ticket category, subject, message, browser version, timestamps, and technical error types. Local diagnostics are designed not to include passwords, proxy credentials, prompts, or page contents.
  • Service and security information: server logs may include IP address, user agent, request time, endpoint, response status, and rate-limit or security events.

3. Information kept on your device

ZaxBrowser creates an independent browser session for each tab. Cookies, site storage, cache, permissions, selected GPS coordinates, timezone settings, proxy assignment metadata, and tab state are separated by tab. Closing a tab removes that tab from the restored workspace; using the clear-site-data controls removes the selected website data. Open tabs and their settings may be restored after restart so you can continue where you left off.

Saved website usernames and passwords, ZaxBrowser sign-in sessions, browser profile data, bookmarks, history, AI chat memory, preferences, and generated-media records are stored locally using operating-system protections where supported. Saved website logins are filled only after your confirmation. Protected credentials are excluded from AI provider context and chat history. You can delete individual records or clear them through ZaxBrowser settings.

4. Websites, camera, microphone, and location

Websites you open receive information necessary for normal web browsing, which may include the tab’s network IP address, browser characteristics, cookies created in that tab, and information you submit. HTTPS websites must request camera or microphone access, and ZaxBrowser asks you before granting it. Media permission is isolated to the requesting tab and can be cleared.

A manual location override changes coordinates supplied through the browser geolocation interface for that tab. A managed ISP proxy can also synchronize the tab’s displayed IP, GPS coordinates, and timezone with proxy location data. These controls do not alter every device, account, payment, mobile-network, or third-party location signal and do not guarantee that every website will report the same location.

5. ZaxBrowser AI and media generation

When you send an AI prompt, ZaxBrowser transmits the prompt, selected-tab metadata, and the page information needed to perform the requested action to contracted AI infrastructure. Protected sign-in values are replaced with local references and are filled by ZaxBrowser without revealing the underlying value to the AI provider. Confirmation is required before sensitive actions identified by the browser.

If you request image editing, image-to-video generation, voice generation, or another media feature, the files and prompt you choose are transmitted to contracted generation infrastructure. You must have the rights and consent required to use every image, voice, and likeness you upload. Generated content and its download link may be saved in your local Media Library until you delete it. Infrastructure providers may process technical logs and submitted content only to deliver, secure, and support the requested generation, subject to their contractual and legal obligations.

6. How and why we use information

  • Provide accounts, browser access, isolated tabs, proxy assignment, location controls, AI features, subscriptions, wallet records, downloads, and support.
  • Authenticate users, protect credentials, prevent fraud, enforce limits, investigate abuse, and maintain service reliability.
  • Review manual USDT deposits and keep accurate financial and service ledgers.
  • Measure registrations, subscriptions, downloads, and disclosed activity so administrators can operate the Service.
  • Comply with law, enforce the Terms of Service, resolve disputes, and protect users and the public.

Depending on the context, processing is based on performance of our agreement with you, your consent (including camera, microphone, location, and optional media processing), legitimate interests in security and service operation, and compliance with legal obligations.

7. Sharing and service providers

We share only the information reasonably needed with hosting and infrastructure providers, email and support services, AI and media-generation processors, managed proxy suppliers, security and analytics services used for Service operation, and professional advisers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a business reorganization, or with your direction. ZaxBrowser does not sell personal data and does not sell your browsing content for third-party behavioral advertising.

8. International processing

Some infrastructure, proxy, and AI providers may process data outside your country. Where required, ZaxBrowser uses contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards and assesses the legal basis for international transfers. Your use of a proxy also intentionally routes tab traffic through the country selected for that proxy.

9. Retention

  • Managed activity records are retained for the administrator-configured period, which can be set from 1 to 365 days, then removed.
  • Uploaded USDT receipt files are removed from the review system after approval or decline. The amount, status, timestamps, transaction reference, and ledger record may remain for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal compliance.
  • Account, subscription, wallet, proxy purchase, and support records are kept while the account is active and afterward only as reasonably required for security, legal, tax, accounting, or dispute purposes.
  • Local bookmarks, history, saved logins, AI chat memory, generated-media records, tab identities, and preferences remain until you delete them, clear the relevant data, close the tab where applicable, or remove the local browser profile.

10. Security

ZaxBrowser uses access controls, input validation, encrypted transport, rate limits, restricted administrator functions, operating-system protected local storage where available, isolated tab sessions, and limited diagnostic logging. No system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your password and device, verify wallet addresses and networks before sending funds, and contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

11. Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 where it applies, you may request information about processing, access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, and review of certain automated decisions. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission or another competent supervisory authority. We may verify your identity and retain information that law requires us to keep.

12. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 18 and includes prepaid digital services, proxies, and AI tools that require legal capacity and responsible use. Do not create an account for a child or submit a child’s image, voice, or personal information without lawful authority and all required consent.

13. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when features, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be published with a new effective date and may also be announced in ZaxBrowser. Questions, rights requests, and security reports can be sent to support@zaxbrowser.cloud or submitted through the Contact Us page in ZaxBrowser.
