Plain-language agreement

Use ZaxBrowser lawfully, review AI actions before submission, protect your account, and verify manual USDT transfers before sending.

Free: 5 main tabsPro: 20 main tabs15 USDT per month

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of zaxbrowser.cloud, the ZaxBrowser Windows application, ZaxBrowser Control, the prepaid USDT wallet, managed ISP proxies, ZaxBrowser AI, media generation, downloads, and support (together, the “Service”). By registering, signing in, purchasing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter a contract, and be permitted to use the Service under the laws that apply to you. If you use ZaxBrowser for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your device, email, password, recovery access, and wallet information secure.

2. Accounts and plans

  • Free: up to 5 independent tabs, subject to administrator policy and current feature availability.
  • Pro: 15 USDT for one month, up to 20 independent main tabs, with up to 3 shared-identity mini tabs per main tab, ZaxBrowser AI access within configured limits, and one eligible first-time 30-day static residential HTTP proxy in a country selected from the available catalog.
  • Pro does not renew automatically. A renewal extends the current expiry by one month, or starts from the renewal date if the prior term expired.
  • When Pro expires, the account returns to Free limits. Tabs above the Free limit may be closed, and Pro-only features stop until renewal.

3. Prepaid USDT wallet

The in-app balance is prepaid Service credit denominated in USDT. It is not a bank account, deposit account, investment, cryptocurrency exchange, or custodial wallet. Deposits are sent manually to the displayed address and network, then reviewed by an administrator using the receipt and independently verified transaction information. Credit is added only after approval. Blockchain transfers are irreversible; you are responsible for verifying the address, token, network, amount, and fees before sending.

The Naira support rate is an administrator-provided informational quote for arranging manual assistance. It is not an automatic exchange rate, payment guarantee, or on-chain conversion. Wallet adjustments create permanent ledger entries. Refund and correction rights are described in the Refund Policy and remain subject to mandatory law.

4. Managed ISP proxies

Managed proxies are optional, static residential HTTP proxy services purchased for a selected country, purpose, quantity, authorization method, and rental period. Prices include supplier cost and the administrator’s configured margin and are shown before confirmation. Each active proxy can be assigned to one tab at a time. Supplier inventory, IP ownership, geolocation databases, connectivity, website acceptance, and reputation scores can change and are not guaranteed.

A proxy changes the network route for its assigned tab. It does not make you anonymous, lawful, trusted, undetectable, or immune from website rules. You must not use a proxy to conceal fraud, evade sanctions, bypass lawful access controls, misrepresent identity, or violate a website’s terms or applicable law.

5. Location, timezone, and browser identity

Per-tab GPS, timezone, storage, cookie, and identity controls are provided for legitimate testing, localization, privacy, account separation, and authorized operational uses. Websites may use signals outside ZaxBrowser’s control, including account history, device characteristics, payment information, network databases, and prior consent. Configuration and anonymity scores are informational and do not guarantee anonymity or a particular website result.

6. ZaxBrowser AI

ZaxBrowser AI can navigate, read selected page information, create or clone tabs, fill supported fields, change browser settings, and perform other displayed actions within the user-selected scope. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable. Review results and confirmations before relying on them. You remain responsible for prompts, selected tabs, actions, submissions, accounts, and compliance with third-party terms.

Actions representing you or creating consequences may require confirmation. Do not attempt to bypass confirmations or safety limits. AI allowances and purchased credits are measured using the units displayed in the product and may be limited by day, month, plan, capacity, or abuse controls.

7. Image, video, and voice features

You retain rights you already have in material you upload. You grant ZaxBrowser and its processors the limited permission needed to transmit, process, generate, store, and return the requested result. You confirm that you own or have permission to use every prompt, file, voice, face, likeness, trademark, and other protected element submitted.

You must not clone a voice or animate a person without informed authorization, impersonate another person deceptively, create non-consensual intimate content, exploit children, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, or falsely present generated content as authentic evidence. Generated outputs may resemble existing material or contain defects; you are responsible for review, disclosure, and lawful use.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • commit fraud, theft, money laundering, sanctions evasion, phishing, credential theft, account takeover, malware delivery, or unauthorized security testing;
  • bypass CAPTCHAs, access restrictions, rate limits, paywalls, bans, or authentication without permission;
  • send spam, create fake accounts, manipulate engagement or rankings, or run repeated, bulk, timed, or deceptive likes, comments, follows, shares, reviews, or other coordinated inauthentic activity;
  • scrape, monitor, copy, or process data without a lawful basis or contrary to a website’s robots rules, terms, or technical restrictions;
  • harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate, defame, or violate another person’s privacy, publicity, safety, or intellectual-property rights;
  • interfere with the Service, probe private systems, overload infrastructure, resell access without written permission, or expose provider keys, proxy credentials, or internal controls.

9. Third-party websites and services

ZaxBrowser provides access to independent websites and contracted infrastructure. We do not control third-party content, accounts, moderation, availability, privacy practices, or decisions to block a browser, proxy, action, or user. Your dealings with third parties are between you and them. ZaxBrowser branding must not be treated as sponsorship or endorsement of a third-party site.

10. Updates and availability

You are responsible for installing supported releases from the official download page and keeping a backup of information you cannot replace. We may patch security issues, change features, impose reasonable limits, suspend integrations, or discontinue components. Planned and emergency maintenance, supplier outages, internet failures, website changes, and device limits can affect performance. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or that 20 active main tabs and their mini tabs can run smoothly on every device.

11. Suspension and termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, suspected abuse, non-payment, legal compliance, protection of users or infrastructure, or a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account assistance through support. Records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Ownership

ZaxBrowser, its software, interface, logos, documentation, and original Service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for lawful purposes during your eligible access period. They do not transfer ownership or permit reverse engineering, removal of notices, unauthorized copying, or use of ZaxBrowser branding to imply affiliation.

13. Service standards, disclaimers, and liability

We will provide the Service with reasonable care and skill and will address verified failures as described in the Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is otherwise provided on an “as available” basis. ZaxBrowser does not guarantee anonymity, proxy acceptance, uninterrupted supplier inventory, a specific website outcome, AI accuracy, generated-media perfection, investment value, or profit.

To the extent permitted by law, ZaxBrowser is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from misuse, third-party websites, user-provided content, irreversible blockchain transfers, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury where applicable, data protection, or failure to provide a paid service to the legally required standard.

14. Changes, disputes, and contact

We may update these Terms for new features, risks, providers, or legal requirements. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Before formal proceedings, please contact support so we can investigate and attempt a fair resolution. These Terms do not remove mandatory rights under applicable consumer, contract, or data-protection law. Contact support@zaxbrowser.cloud or use the Contact Us page inside ZaxBrowser.

© 2026 ZaxBrowser. These policies should be read together. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights continue to apply where the law requires them.
